Here is more of Daniel Beaty. I like this piece but I must must warn you of its strong language. You may find his choice of words offensive. However, I think they highlight the authenticity of his message. Listen to it before you share it with children or people with delicate sensibilities. I hope you enjoy this at least half as much I do.  

   I just discovered Daniel Beaty when my friend Jimmy Fowler sent me the Knock-Knock video I posted last week.  Since then I found two more examples of his work, which illustrate his deep connection with truth and his electrifying talent to express it. In this video he expresses an idea that I have heard discussed in barbershops, bar rooms, church gatherings and PTA meetings in Detroit, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C. Yet, I have not heard anyone express the emergency, that we all see, can be solved by an emergence that we need to see, at least as a possibility, that can be created through the imagination and activity of people like you and me.

I received this video in an e-mail and found it very moving. If you know the artist please let me know his name. I would like to see some of his other work. I believe Parents, particularly fathers should view this and be moved to strengthen their communication with their children, particularly their sons. I hope you enjoy the video.
